Hey guys I wanted to start our “No Red Meat or Chicken: 365 Day Challenge” off with a toast to good health! Lets make the remainder of the days in this challenge count. Take it one day at a time, if you slip up its okay just get right back on track the following day. With that said lets toast to healthy living with this Mean Green juice that will have you guys feeling energized!

Here’s the recipe, all you will need is a juicer…..CHEERS!

1 Granny Smith Apple
4 Celery Stalks
4 Leaves of Kale
1 Lemon
1 Inch of Raw Ginger
1 Cucumber

After juicing, stir and drink immediately to get the most amount of nutrients. Good luck guys!
